  • No. SMART Rehab does not collect any additional fees beyond what we collect from ICBC/WSBC. (Some clinics do collect additional fees) SMART Rehab cares deeply about our Kamloops community. We want therapy to be accessible and affordable for everyone.

  • We do! Our occupational therapists can provide treatment in your home or the community. Providing treatment in your environment allows us to help you return to the activities you need and want to do, in the space where you would typically complete those activities.

  • Yes. We work with you and your loved ones to ensure access and an expedited recovery.

  • Yes – we have a clinic space. The address is 157 Victoria Street, Kamloops, BC, V2C 1Z4

  • Yes! We are able to provide aquatic, or pool therapy in the community. We are happy to discuss this option during your initial assessment, or you can call us to learn more.

  • Your first visit will be a full assessment which will include some or all of the following:

    ● Medical history
    ● Physical examination
    ● Cognitive (thinking) assessment
    ● Review of your environment and support system
    ● Assessment of the activities you want to do and what is limiting you
    ● Assessments may be completed in the clinic, in your home, or in your work environment.

  • If you have any funding paperwork that you haven’t already given us, please bring this to your first appointment as well. If you’re not sure, give us a call!

Insurance Coverage and Payment

  • Time is of the essence after a car accident. Call us as soon as you are able and we will provide a free 15-minute consultation to help you get the services you need.

    We want to help you minimize injury and regain function as soon as possible after a car accident.

  • No - during the first 12 weeks following your ICBC/WSBC accident you can access services right away, all you need is your claim number and health care care.
